Notes

A bit better tonight, tending to run just under 11:00 pace for the first three then push it up a bit for the last mile. Got a 5-miler coming up in a couple weeks, so I've got something to push for now. Ankles are getting used to the slight incline, no real soreness to speak of anymore. Felt really good tonight, even at 11pm. :)
