Half marathon training. Did NOT feel like running tonight, and waited too long to begin. Felt okay once I got going, but I absolutely ran out of steam at about mile 3.5. Seriously considered quitting, but I just dropped down to a walk for a bit, then picked it back up for the last 0.2 miles. Not my best work, but not a bad pace and I'm glad I went ahead and did it instead of just using "tomorrow" as an excuse.
