Treadmill powered off a little more than halfway through the run... this has happened before, apparently the power cord works lose from the mill itself. It is quite jarring to have such a sudden stop, really throws the rhythm off. I am still really noticing a difference on the warmer evenings... I may have to keep it between 3 and 3 1/2 miles until I get used to it again.
