Notes

Felt like changing it up a bit, so I decided to run a bit shorter, a bit faster. Still not in any danger of finishing a sub-30 minute 5k, but it felt good to push it a bit (and also to finish up earlier than I normally would at 4 or 5 miles). I needed the mental practice, it was really difficult to keep going towards the end -- I started out at my normal pace, and ended the last mile at about 9:20. Good stuff.
