5x1000. Knee really tweaking, hope it was the right thing to do this scheduled workout. Compromised by not pushing 100%, but doubt that was much of a compromise as far as my knee was concerned, and just gave me a poorer workout without any actual benefit to the knee. Massage appointment tomorrow.
