Walked down the hill to the valley floor. 2 miles to the Grange Hall, then 2 miles back, then walked back home.
Ran continously entire run! Even shuffled up the little hills. Only time I stopped was when I had to step off the road due to two cars converging.
Run felt good, just kept jogging along, didn't pay any attention to the Garmin, just focused on running continously.
No issues with breathing. (Used inhaler pre-run).
