Tried to work on quicker cadence. When the wind was with me or at my side I could keep cadence at 85+. When I was running through the knee high grass in the shortcut across the prairie reserve, my cadence slowed down so I could watch my footing. Today's run felt easy despite the hard work we did yesterday during the move to FL.
