Notes

kind of have mixed emotions about this race. historically I've always gotten much faster from my rust buster and this was definitely my best first race, plus it was my first ever track/indoor 5k which was a really different experience, and looking back I now know how to better allocate my energy to run faster in different parts of the race. I

probably would've gone out a bit slower and really went for it the last mile. I'm a little frustrated I didn't get the 15:12 NBIN qualifier but I'm just gonna refocus for the 2 mile. I think that the competition played a factor in slowing us down though, there was a lot of weaving that had to be done. anyway, I'm gonna take the next three weeks really seriously and hit a very big block of 90 each week with some workouts thrown in, and then the fourth week is new balance.
