The 800 hurts like hell. I didn't even go all out and it hurt. We were in no mans land, and there was no way I could improve our position or unimprove our position. Went hard but not as hard as I could.
You went out .1 slower than Carmin. That was a bold move, a little too bold. I refuse to believe that you can't run 2:10 or better but you need to be out in 31-32 range so you can set up for a good last 300. I understand you didn't have anyone to compete with and I know that makes it difficult, but you still need to be tough in no-mans-land.
