About me: I have been running since December 2005, and run for fun, fitness and stress relief. I stay very busy with my schedule as a HS Band Director, so through the school year (Aug - May), I do well to get in 3 or 4 runs in a week, often less.
A couple of years ago after several 5K and 10K races every year, I set my sights on a half-marathon as a "bucket-list" goal, thinking one and done. Last year, I ran my seventh HM and it has become my preferred race distance.
I am happily married to a girl from MN (nearly 30 years now), have 3 children and 1 perfect granddaughter. |
