Pretty chill workout today. It was my first since the half so I didnt really know how it was going to go. 10 x 1k with 60 sec rest. The pace was easier than normal 3:15 - 3:18. I didnt really struggle at all once I got into a groove. I had one bad rep that I ran alone. Other than that I was pretty happy with the workout.
