actually a hard workout for me and im still beat... 10 min aqua jog 1 lap, 9 min aqua jog 1 lab all the way down to 1 and 1... I suck at swimming there for this work was harder on me then other but Im happy with it because I felt it helped my cardio and took it easy on my like where as running has taken a toll on my legs and slower days keep my cardio down
