BP 3x6 - 135lbs, Seated arm curls 3x10 - 20lbs dumbbells, Flat chest flies 3x10 - 30lbs dumbbells, Arm curls 3x10 - 30lbs dumbbells, Upright abs 3x20 - 60lbs each side - 3x10 front. Nice to be back at the gym, after a long absence it felt good, taking it super easy with almost no weight.
