7:16 avg. approx. - Garmin battery died at 3.45 miles. Was shooting for 20 min. current T pace so had to guess @ where to slow back down. Looks like I ran a bit farther than necessary @ T pace, but not too much. Splits: 8:11 warm-up, 6:22, 6:16, then 6:12 pace for .45. I probably slowed down slightly after, but think I hit the 20 min T pretty close to 6:20 pace. Wore the Altra's on their first snow run, and first fast run. A little less traction than I hoped, but did OK. Lots of snow cover, and a little bit of ice. Wore Goretex top, and light pants. Still got too hot. Left ham a bit sore on last couple miles, but fine after.
