7:47 avg. 4 w/Andrew. Pace was really good for a day where the wind was up a bit and 90% of the run was snowpack and ice. 7:56, 8:12, 7:49, 7:37, 7:18, 7:37. Had to jump over a chihuahua past Cole's. Owners had just let their dogs out and were very apologetic. Right calf, left Achilles just a little lit from masage yesterday.
