7:53 avg. 4.7 w/Andrew. Stopped GPS @ west underpass cuz we had to climb through rocks…city blocked it off! Forgot to turn on again til near Bonny Lane. Est. w/ USATF site. Mile 6 was 6:58. Foot a little sore afterwards, despite padding. Must lose its shock absorbancy after one run.
