6:36 avg. on Treadmill. Current T workout for 26 min., incline 2. I bumped the TM power switch so had to calculate everything out w/ a spreadsheet, but got it pretty accurate. Did 9 minutes @ 6:18, 9 minutes @ 6:15, 4 minutes @ 6:11, and was gonna go down to 6:08 after 2, and 6:05 after 2 more, but I got pissed when TM quit, so once I started it up again, did 4 minutes @ 6 min. pace. That still didn't feel hard enough, so I put the incline up to 3.
