7:54 avg. Did 6x400m w/ 400m jog in between. 1 mile warm-up. 1% incline. Started @ 10 (:90, then 10.1 (88), 10.2 (88), 10.3 (86), 11 (82) then 10.4 (86). I jogged til 4 miles, then decided to do 2 miles @ M pace to keep from getting too bored. Ran at 8.6 (6:58) then jogged last bit. Ran on Fargo map. First one felt pretty rough, second one was a little better, then I hit the groove. #5 was tough (the hammer lap) but felt good to get it done!
