8:30 avg. Icy out now, w/ snow and freezing rain. The wind was gusting so hard, I nearly fell 4 times as my foot came out from under me - just in the first quarter mile down my hill! Once I hit relatively flat surface, and got off the ice, it wasn't so bad. The only time I lifted my feet up much was to get thru the snow drifts. Splits: 8:31, 8:26, 8:26, 8:12, 8:52.
