7:47 avg. Beautiful day to run! Started off a bit sluggish (8:15) then tough up Ezzie's Hill(8:31) then just started to cruise after that… 7:44, 7:24, 7:32, 7:38, 7:24, 7:48. I didn't quite have the flow on the last mile, but overall it was good! Maybe I should have done my T miles today - guess I'll see how I feel tomorrow. Listened to "Rise" by Shawn McDonald on Ipod.
