7:51 avg. Body pretty tired today - had trouble keeping up w/Andrew the first 4 miles. The hill really got me! 8:03, 8:13, 7:49, 7:49, 7:52, 7:41, 6:54, 8:27. Saw a couple from Minnesota having a little picnic by the road down from Northern Border. Left calf pretty good - a little sore coming up my hill. Right calf had a little twinge. Both really lit up in both the gastronemus and soleus during massage.
