7:37 avg. 4 w/Andrew. Would have been a lot faster, but Andrew got really hot toward end of 4th mile together. We walked in from there, but I kept GPS going. Was a little tight getting started after that, but bearable. Hamstring was achy but not horrible. 7:00, 7:22, 7:04, 7:11, 8:42, 8:21. Hamstring started to get sore at about 1.25 mark but never got bad.
