7:59 avg. w/Andrew. Took off early from work to beat the heat. Both of us were sore and tired - 8:38, 7:50, 7:58, 7:28. Had to really pick it up at the end to beat 32 for 4 miles. Andrew: "You're racing toward something - I don't know what, but something!" Andrew found a penny in the road, then 2 blocks later I found about 20. Yeah, we're cheap! Saw our squirrel just as I was talking about my mountain squirrel adventure in Waterton. We'd already discussed the dead squirrel Em saw, and both yelled "squirrel!!!" right as we passed the FWP guy putting up hunting signs. Knee a little achy, but not bad. Right arch sore after I got home.
