7:38 avg. w/Andrew. Nice surface, nice day! 8:10, 7:36, 7:34, 7:10. got a little cold. Right knee pretty sore from a 1 to a 4…burned a little. Never got much worse after 2nd mile. Iced after, ibuprofin this morning and again after.
