7:30 avg. on TM. Last 2 days have been sorta/kinda tempo effort, but it was good to get out and just nail a T pace. Of course, a few years ago, this was my M pace. But hopefully I'm coming back! Warm-up mile, the 17 minutes @ under 6:30 pace. (6:29 on TM chart) w/1% incline. 6:28, 6:26 on first 2 T miles. Heart rate was high early again - even w/out shirt on. Evened out about 6 min. in when I got sweaty. That first minute where it climbed from 143 to 163 was a little rough in the legs, but the rest was good! Stayed from 163-173. Legs have been a little weak and shaky from combo of diet/cross training, I think.
