8:02 avg. Hoping this was my one really bad workout of the season. Felt horrible from the start and only got slightly better. Was hoping to do 10x800m @ 3 min, but only did 6. But then, let's see, I just did a 20-miler 3 days ago which included a 5k race, and I ran nearly 9 yesterday, and nearly 60 last week. Plus I had a massage yesterday - which I think was the killer. Legs just dead and arms tight the whole way, though 3-5 weren't quite as bad. 2:59, 2:56, 2:56, 2:55, 2:55, 2:55.
