8:15 avg. Wanted to get as much on dirt as I could to see how it would affect my foot, so just went on an out n back. Wind was brutal coming back. Today felt like M pace but was really slow… legs wiped from run yest. plus P09X plyos. 9:13, 8:10, 8:08, 7:58, 8:13, 8:06, 8:08, 7:56, 8:07. Felt fine for about 5 miles, then started hurting a bit - a lot toward the end.
