11:16 avg. Jog to track, then 7x200m F. Thought I'd done 8, but musta lost count! Had to go wide to avoid ice on straight, but felt good to get legs churning a bit. Wore my light NB trainers. 200 times: 40.7, 39.1, 38.6, 39.6, 38.2, 38.1, 37.3 Felt a bit weak n out of it going up Airport Hill, but I think I always feel like that coming up that hill! Calves a little sore when done w/ 200's.
