7:35 avg. 2 w/Andrew. Met Andrew @ Milk River Bridge on Tampico Highway - pretty windy, but highway was clear. Still feeling a bit sluggish, but decided to test hamstring on the way back in w/ the wind. Not a twinge, so I'm pretty sure it was the Yaktrax that caused yesterday's issues. Was gonna just run to town, then to when traffic forced me off the clear part of the street, then, what the heck - finished out to hard miles. Oh, and GPS somehow lost a block on the way back into town. Hit the mile mark @ Nemont, and then ran out 3 on the highway, but had to run to post office on way back in. Splits: 8:02, 8:00, 7:21, 7:45, 7:48, 6:28, 6:07, 9:08.
