7:46 avg. Pretty sluggish @ start (8:17, 8:17) but started feeling a little more flow on third mile (8:00) and then really started feeling good the next mile (7:38), then 7:21 and pushed it a bit at the end uphill to a 6:56. I think I'm kinda weirding my body out... woke up at 3:30am all hot n sweaty even though a cool breeze was coming thru the window. Must have been those 1200's. I wonder if I found a new way to lose weight? Hmm...
