7:39 avg. 4 w/Andrew. Knee felt better today - only taking 600 iu of Ibuprofin in morning and at night. Did p.t. last night. Andrew & I decided to pick up the last mile together - let him set the pace. I struggled a couple times in the middle. 7:37, 8:17, 7:33, 7:52, 6:34, 7:57. Looks like the highway department is doing some striping or something on Highway 2 again. Hazy. Sneezed a few times when done. Slight knee soreness after 2 miles but really not bad. Oh, and outside of left foot a little sore too (been that way for years - p.t. said that's a stress fracture spot).
