8:07 avg. Ran 5 w/Y, then home to pee n take off sweat pants. Great morning to run! Went back out and ran up Airport Hill then did 1 transition mile in 6:43, then 2 Fast @ 5:54 and 5:48. Had a slight tailwind n a lot of downhill on first one, but only first .25 of second one was down - all flat the rest of the way. Felt awesome - didn't start hurting at all (except uphill spot) til about 1.5 miles. Best week of running I've had in a long time... Calves a little crank afterwards - foam rolled
