7:34 avg. on TM. Ran a virtual map of A1 Highway thru Highland Beach, Florida. 1 mile warm-up, then 3 T miles @ 6:40 pace. The scenery made it fun, but it was still tough. I didn't think I could finish off the 3 miles, and was only going 6:40 pace. But it got a little better once I got thru the first half. Then jog another mile. Right knee slightly achy.
