7:02 avg. Started out kinda sluggish, but things really felt better after a mile. GPS was dead, so don't have my exact splits but it was something like 7:52, 7:03, 7:10, 6:50, 0:6:55, 6:25. Gorgeous day to run - lots of leaves on the ground. Was trying to beat my example time for the running logs. I though it was 43:10, but it was 42:48. Barely made it...whew!
