8:18 avg. 2.73 w/Faith. She was pretty tired, but considering we ran just 10 hours ago, she did pretty good! Knee was a little achy today, but better than it's been. I pushed a little bit the last 2 miles. 8:31, 9:19, 9;40, 8:17, 6:49, 6:45. Saw 4 people walking, Skip Fassett biking and somebody running. Knee just a little achy
