7:24 avg. on TM. Another cold North wind blowing down forces me inside. Sigh…. Did last workout before race this weekend: 2 miles T (6 min.) pace w/ 1 mile jog before n after. Bought 1981 album Rockihnroll by Greg Kihn Band today - finally available on Itunes. Takes me back to the ol' XC bus in high school!
