8:08 avg. Legs still tired @ start, and REALLY felt weak about 4 miles, but that passed and all was good! Saw a few bunnies and the mini collies on 4th ave south. Starting to document my run w/ pix today. Aitken Road was VERY icy, but the rest of the run wasn't bad, except for a few spots. Listened to "What You Want" by Caedmon's Call. 8:25, 7:54, 8:01, 8:27, 7:56, 7:58.
