7:29 avg. Slushy til Highway 2, then dry. Got hot by the mile- took hat off and hung it on reflector pole. Took off jacket too, so ran in shorts n t-shirt til I got done w/ fast stuff. Did Power of 3 workout. Missed the lap on the first 30 seconds, but paces were: 5:41 (60 sec), 5:52 (1:30), 5:57 (2:00), 5:57 (2:30), 6:01 (2:00), 5:36 (1:30), 5:31 (60), 5:05 (30). Jogged he rest, picked up my hat, and went up Ezzie's Hill to miss the slush. Listened to "Never Saw You Coming" by BeBo Norman the WHOLE way. Wore Altra's - felt pretty good, though not very high profile, so navigating the slush the first half mile was tricky.
