7:24 avg. on Treadmill. Did 6x200m @ 11 (about 41 sec. 200's) w/ 200m rest @ 7. Then jogged awhile, got bored, and did T mile @ 10 (6 min. pace). Ran in Pilgrim, Missouri, in honor of Andrew, who had to miss the run due to Irle School program. Then ran in San Miguel, Canary Islands. Kept incline @ zero.
