7:34 avg. Wanted to beat the wind - made it most of the way, but it really kicked up about mile 6. Felt a little heavy in my trail shoes, but pace was good and didn't feel all that hard. Had to throw a fistful of rocks at a dog on north side of the detour... he was really baring his teeth at me out in the middle of the road. Saw Miss Liz out walking when I got back to town. Counting down my miles - only 9 left to do for the year! Wore Bismarck Marathon jacket and shorts today. 7:44, 7:52, 7:54, 7:51, 7:53, 7:37, 7:31, 7:11, 6:48, 7:13. Left knee a tiny bit inflamed; iced it yest.
