7:46 avg. 4 w/Andrew. 5-4-3-2-1 workout. Cruised down to Andrew's off, then 5 EZ/5 fast, 4 EZ/4 Fast… Andrew stayed w/me for almost all of it. I forgot how bad intervals hurt in the stomach area when you really push! The 5 min. was around 7 min. pace, the 4 min. @ 6:40, 3 min. @ 5:57, 2 min @ 5:37, 1 min @ 5:13 pace. Compared to yesterday, my legs felt great!
