7:45 avg. Tried Altra's to see if they made knee feel better. Not much difference, but it sure made my right groin hurt! Garmin died close to mile 2, so had to guesstimate w/ USATF. Not thrilled about the wind but it wasn't too bad. Just wish I could run pain-free. Knee a little achy - broke down and took 3 Ibuprofen last night. Right groin and left calf were grabbing a bit today.
