"8:05 avg. w/MS XC. Ellis, Merlin, Nathanael, Wilson, Jacob, Oden, Kaden, Colin, Colton, Taylor, Tyler, Nicole, Alaina, Tyisha, Emily. Kids said they loved this run. Energy level pretty low - still sick. Wasn't gonna run today then remembered in the shower about half an hour before practice that this was my only day to do this.
