7:24 avg. 6 w/Andrew. Stomach issues all morning - not bad, but not good. Queasy for first couple miles, n seemed like there was a weight in my stomach for most of the run. The 6 w/ Andrew went by pretty quickly though, w/ no major issues. Great footing - gumbo wheel tracks most of the way! I would have come back out but wanted to run the highway so I'd be closer to home if I got sick later in the run. Wanted to do 4 miles @ M pace (6:30-6:40). 8:23, 7:58, 8:11, 7:46, 7:46, 7:43, 7:29, 7:13 then M pace: 6:29, 6:28, 6:22, 6:22. 7:56 last mile home. First M mile was a struggle, and first 1/2 of second was too. Then the pace started to flow. Stomach REALLY grabbed right after I slowed down, but OK after. Eating cheese n crackers w/ Diet Coke to settle it down. Hamstrings whined once on each leg as I lost form toward the end of the M miles. Besides the stomach, though, nothing much today!
