7:25 avg. on TM. Mile Warm-up then 4x1200m I w/400m J. Felt tough but 4th one was better than 1-2-3. My rests were pretty short (2:30) where usually I take 3 min. Between 3-4 I got off the TM, opened the window and splashed a little water on me. Plus I had to check to see if I'd one 5 or 4 the last time. (It was 4). Ran them @ 10 (6 min pace) w/ 1.5% incline. Feet hurt at the start but got much better. Right bunion a little sore after but the rest of the bottoms of my feet feel fine, for the moment. Hurt pretty bad last night w/out shoes while doing dishes.
