6:55 avg. on TM. Jog for 1 mile, then 15 minutes @ 10 (6 min. pace), elevation @ 1.5. Seems all my reading are in the high percentile for cadence, ground contact and vertical oscillation - blue & purple. Although my stride probably should be a bit longer. Not bad for a day where I wasn't very enthused. Knee a little sore @ first but not on the run. Woke up in the middle of the night last night and it hurt! Quit taking ibuprofen on Tuesday
