8:00 avg. 4 w/Andrew. Lots of catching up to do. I did a little speed workout on Highway 2 before I picked up Andrew: 3x (400m, 200m, 200m) w/ 200m jog in between reps and 400m jog between sets. Was hoping I'd be a little faster: 86, 38, 37, 82, 38, 37, 80, 40, 37. Toenail on left foot was cutting into adjacent toe so I stuck a leaf between them and that seemed to do the trick.
