8:26 avg. w/Em. 6x800m on track - plus warm-up & cool down. 2 min. walk or jog in between. A bit tired from the hard workouts earlier this week, but did better than I expected. The rest was about right. How's this for progression? 2:56, 2:54, 2:53, 2:52, 2:51, 2:50. I led a couple in the middle, but Em blew past me on the last one. Knee on fire a bit on jog afterwards.
