7:30 pace. Real disappointed w/ the end of this as my hamstring or whatever back there got really tired and tight so I didn't want to risk finishing 10 miles. Had a pretty good run til then, though. Cloud cover, very light sprinkle, decent temp for once. Splits: 7:52, 7:31, 7:29, 7:26, 7:25, 7;22, 7:22, 7:11, 7:27. Hamstring really tightened up the last half mile. Set up a massage appt. for next week.
