7:15 avg. Still have my cold, but no headache today. Super nice day - kept going faster and feeling better! Lots of trees starting to change color. Saw several people out walking, including Candy Mitchell, Tami and Sue Dalbey. Some dog came out after me but I yelled, and his owner yelled, and the doggie went away. 7:29, 7:35, 7:32, 7:22, 6:50, 6:40. Slight annoyance in metatarsal.
